Can I cancel my order or return it?

What if my product is damaged on arrival?
Take a picture of your damaged product and email it to hello@winecountry.com along with your contact information and order number. If the item is defective due to a printing error, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint.

  • The winery map is custom printed and produced per order. Returns or refunds are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, changed your mind, or simply do not like the product.
  • If the printed items are clearly defective due to an error with the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint.
  • If you believe this may be the case with your order, contact us via email at hello@winecountry.com and include the order number and pictures of the damage/defects. Issues must be raised by the customer within 5 days of the order being delivered to the address provided by the customer.
