SHIPPING
Wine Accessories: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability and weight of your items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information from FedEx or USPS. All products under 13 ounces will ship first class mail via the US Postal Service (2-3 day delivery depending on shipping location).
The shipping rates for many of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S., to all 50 states and Canada. We hope to offer shipping to more countries soon!
RETURNS
Printed Products: Our special printed products such as the winery maps and t-shirts are custom printed and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product.
However, if the printed items are clearly defective due to an error with a printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint. If you believe this may be the case with your order, contact us via email at hello@winecountry.com. Include your contact information, order number, and digital images of the damage/defects. Issues must be raised by the customer within 7 days of the order being delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Other Items: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
